Shipping Costs
Shipping is worked out according to the total weight of your order. We always endeavour to get your order out as soon as possible, but if it has not arrived within 21 days, please let us know. We can be reached using the details on the “Contact Us” page.
Postage costs are worked out according to the Royal Mail Tracked for packages up to 2kgs. Parcels heavier than 2kgs are sent by courier.
Note: Europe is not divided along EU/non-EU lines but according to courier charging areas. The shopping cart will calculate which area you are in automatically.
Please note that if your order is over 2kg/sent with recorded delivery/signed for options, someone will need to be available to take delivery. So please take that into account when entering your delivery address.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order at any time prior to dispatched notification.
Cancellations should be sent by using the contact form.
Returns Policy
Should there be a problem with your order, please contact us to let us know what is wrong. If there are any missing/damaged components (we are only human – mistakes can occur), we can simply send out replacements to you. However, if you need to return anything, let us know, and send the package back to us for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery.
